The great thing about
Your hair stylist should be able to look at the photos you’ve brought and find the right version of the style that will suit not only your hair type but your face shape, jaw line and shape of your head. Even though you may want the exact look as Victoria’s, unless you’ve got the same facial structure, it’s best to use her style as a blueprint and find a happy medium that will make your Pob style truly your own.
The great thing about
Your hair type will determine how your stylist will cut your hair. Thick, coarse hair types will have an easier time achieving a Pob by using a razor, while other hair types can make do with shears. After getting your cut and style, you’ll have to deal with maintenance. The hair tools needed to keep your Pob looking great include: blow dryer, round barrel brush, hair wax/pomade, spray conditioner, texturizing cream or mousse, and finishing spray. After shampooing and conditioning, towel dry and apply the appropriate styling cream or mousse. Next, blow dry your hair upside down until it is almost dry in order to get extra body and volume. Using your round barrel brush and blow dryer, smooth out your hair to completely dry your locks and add natural body. To speed up this process, you can use a comb attachment for your blow dryer. Once your hair is dried and styled, finish off your look by using hair wax or pomade and pinch the ends and edges of your hair with your fingers to control flyaway`s. Top it off with a few pumps of finishing spray and your Pob will be good to go!
