The Hair
Kate Hudson’s signature blonde locks are anything but dull and boring. This hairstyle consists of shining curls that prove just that. This hairstyle works best if you already have wavy or curly hair. If you really want the curls to stand out, blonde hair like Kate’s is a must. Just remember, if you weren’t born blonde, regular conditioning is a must if you want to keep your hair in tiptop shape.
·
To begin, apply a thickening spray to the roots of slightly damp hair. Apply a de-frizzing product to the ends of hair.
·
Next, blow dry hair from underneath by flipping hair over until hair is completely dry.
·
Part hair down the center and using large hair clips, section the top layers of hair off.
·
Using a curling iron with medium sized barrel, begin curling the lower sections of the hair and then work with the top layers until you’ve curled the entire head.
·
After the curls are cooled, separate them using your fingers.
·
To finish this look, apply a shine product to hair.
The Makeup
Kate Hudson doesn’t really like wearing makeup, but she also knows that there are times when it’s necessary. For those times, Kate generally chooses a natural look that leaves her with a soft glow. The biggest for this look is plenty of moisturizer beforehand.
·
To begin, apply a highlighter to brow bones and to the cheeks to give the face a soft glow.
·
Next, apply concealer to dark circles under the eyes and any troublesome areas on the face.
·
Apply a tinted moisturizer over the face or where it is just needed.
·
Sweep a shimmering pale shadow such as pink, across the eyelids and up to the creases.
·
Next, line upper and lower lash line with brown eyeliner.
·
Apply one coat of brown mascara to upper and lower lashes.
·
Sweep a rosy blush across the cheekbones and out towards the hairline. Be sure to blend to avoid any harsh lines.
·
To finish this look, apply a soft pale pink lipstick to lips.
