Simply gather the following ingredients together: one (1) vitamin E gel capsule, two drops of tea tree oil, two drops of chamomile oil, two drops of lavender oil and two cups of water. First, open your vitamin E gel capsule and pour it into the two cups of water, along with the rest of the other essential oil drops.
