How many times have you arrived at your travel destination only to discover that you forgot a few beauty essentials at home? Keeping a separate traveling bag ready containing key beauty products will help you travel light, spend less time digging around for what to bring, make packing an easier task and prevent an unnecessary trip to a local drugstore. Some essentials to pack include:

·    Travel-sized shampoo and conditioner for your hair type. The ones in hotels usually contain a high pH and can wreck havoc on your hair.

·    Travel-sized hair styling products (or create your own by purchasing small plastic containers from drugstores).

·    Shower gel and body sponge (again hotel types tend to be drying).

·    A SPF face and body sunblock of 30 or higher.

·    A SPF lip treatment of 15.

·    Facial cleanser, toner and daytime and nighttime moisturizer.

·    Travel sized toothbrush, floss, toothpaste and mouthwash.

·    Cotton balls and swabs, a packet of facial tissue.

·    a few hair accessories, such as a headband or hairclips (which will save you in humid weather).
