Increase your Essential Fatty Acids
There are many places you can get these beneficial fats, like flaxseed oil, primrose oil, and salmon oil. These fats helpful fats improve the overall texture of the hair and work to prevent brittle, dry hair.
Be Gentle on your Hair
If you are losing hair, be sure to avoid treating it roughly. Over brushing the hair, especially while it is wet is a source of hair damage and breakage. Do not use a fine toothed comb that is going to snag and rip at your hair. Do not use heat to dry it, air dry it so that you do not over dry your hair and make it brittle and weak. Biotin is a critical ingredient for your body to have healthy hair and skin, and it has been linked to preventing hair loss in some men. It is easy to eat foods with a lot of biotin. Good sources are lentils, oats, walnuts, sunflower seeds, green peas, soybeans, and brown rice.
Vinegar & Sage Hair Rinse
A hair rinse made of vinegar and sage is said to be an herbal way stimulate hair growth. Fill a jar with vinegar and a few sprigs of fresh sage. Shake the jar once a day for a week to dispense the sage, and then dilute the solution 1/3cup to 3 cups water to rinse your hair.
