This practice isn’t for everyone but if you are interested in following this regimen, it is important that you start off slow. It helps to do your research on what types of nutrients will best serve you and realize that it takes time to build proper holistic nutrition. Each time you introduce a new food into your diet, pay close attention to how your body and your health respond. If you experience a negative effect, avoid those foods and vice-versa. To chart your progress, it helps to have a food journal where you can jot down what worked, what didn’t and what you have yet to try. Also mark the dates you started your new diet regimen to see how long it takes for new foods to take effect.
