How to Make a Nutrition Plan that Keeps You Beautiful

How to Make a Nutrition Plan that Keeps You BeautifulWe’re not talking about just another diet or beauty routine. This is a plan that focuses on what you eat and why you eat it – because it benefits your inside and your outside, because it helps improve your health and your looks. It’s a nutrition plan that teaches you how to make good choices and maintain a healthy outlook long after your “dieting” is done. Being beautiful and healthy isn’t about being ultra skinny it’s about taking care of the body and appearance that makes you unique and happy.

The first step is a nutrition plan that lasts is to learn how to make a few healthy meals. Once you’ve learned how to shop, prepare and enjoy healthy food, you can make better choices in restaurants and snacking – two big enemies of any nutrition plan. Start with the items that normally take up the most space on your plate. Find creative ways to reduce portions and replace fatty foods with lower fat and calorie choices. For example, learn how to make a BBQ chicken burger instead of high fat content beef burgers. Look at the sugar and calorie content of the condiments you use. If you love toppings you could be adding on the value of another meal with what you put on top of the meal you’re already consuming. By eliminating fat and sugar claries your skin will be able to breathe better. Even the whites of your eyes can look brighter when you make wiser food choices.

Next increase the amount of water you drink daily. Divide your day into three or four parts and determine to drink a certain amount of water during each segment of your day. That way you’re trying to down four glasses of water at once just to meet your quota. Along with the nutritional value of water, your skin, teeth and hair need it to stay supple and firm. Our bodies mistake thirst for hunger, so by staying hydrated your inside and your outside can work and look their best. A hydrated body has more expendable energy and that means it can fight aging better.

To satisfy your cravings think moderation. It’s okay to have a fatty meal or snack as long as you can control yourself and have a small portion every once in a great while. In between the occasional splurge, substitute sweet cravings with berries and a tablespoon of Cool Whip. If you’re a cheese lover add 1 once of melted cheese to half of an English muffin. For salty snacks choose some pretzels dipped in spicy hot mustard. It’s choices like these that will help you feel better inside and look better outside.
