Despite gaining the disapproval of the BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons), Europa International cosmetic lottery scheme is still in operation and there are eager players hoping to win. The latest winner is a 25-year old UK mother of two. Carly Upton won courtesy of her boyfriend, who paid the £1.50 entry fee per phone call for the chance of winning.

Upton will travel to Prague, Czech Republic for a breast uplift operation sometime during the summer. Winners of the monthly lottery can opt for a variety of procedures including face lifts, breast augmentation and tummy tucks.
