British actor, MacKenzie Crook takes comments about his unusual looks in stride. As a matter of fact, he believes that if his looks changed he wouldn’t get any roles. Thirty-six year old Crook who rose to fame in the British comedy, The Office, was quoted online confirming this: “I don’t mind being known as that skinny, odd-looking bloke from The Office because I am sure if put on weight or become a little   healthier looking, the roles would soon dry up.”

To non-British readers, Crook is better known as the pirate who happily plucks out his glass-eye in The Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
