Sixty-year old British actress Hayley Mills is another aging star who refuses to go under the knife for beauty’s sake. Mills is reported as stating that she would like to keep her beauty routine simple and cheaper than plastic surgery, preferring to use a facial mask instead.

Mills acting career started when she was 12-years old. She starred in movies such as The Parent Trap, and Pollyanna, the first of many Disney movies in which she appeared as a child. Mills was awarded the Disney Legend in 1998 for her contribution as an actress to the Walt Disney Company.
