Tara Reid who made celebrity gossip headlines last year about possible breast enhancement surgery has reportedly gone under the knife again.   This time Ms. Reid is believed to have had the procedure downsized, replacing her previous implants with smaller ones. The reason for this decision is not known.

The thirty-one year old actress, best known for her role in the American Pie movies, and recurring role in the hit series Scrubs, also underwent additional cosmetic surgery to remove scarring from a previous liposuction procedure. The actress is said to be recovering from her surgeries at home.
