Star of The O.C., Adam Brody has admitted being quite excited that he will not have to shave now that the O.C. has ended, and looks forward to growing a beard. The 27-year old actor said that during his four years on the show he had to shave every single day. Brody is quoted in Contactmusic.com as stating, “Granted, it’ll be a pretty pathetic beard, but I’m going to give it my best shot.”

Brody has appeared in a number of other television hits such as Smallville, Judging Amy and Gilmore Girls. The O.C. was a hit series on FOX, and revolved around a group of teenagers and their families living in California. The last episode of the series was aired on February 22, 2007.
