Celebrity socialite Paris Hilton has made no secret of the fact that she wears hair extensions. In fact she was known to have an endorsement deal with Hairtech International, maker of Dream Catcher Hair Extensions. According to online reports, the company has now filed a $35 million lawsuit against the heiress.

The suit claims that Hilton was seen wearing hair extension products made by a competitor. The company also claims that Hilton’s brief stint in jail impacted her ability to promote the products as required by the contract. At the time of these reports reps for Hilton have not said whether the suit had merit, or if the company was just splitting hairs.
