Actress Kirsten Dunst’s teeth are almost a trademark. However, the presence of straighter and very un-Dunst-like teeth on the cover of October’s issue of Harper’s Bazaar has accusations and rebuttals flying. According to information on the Internet, Dunst’s teeth seemed to have been airbrushed to remove the well-known ‘fang-like’ look.
The magazine is adamant however that they did not digitally enhance the teeth of the 26-year star of the Spiderman movies for the cover. Online reports quote Dunst’s representatives as stating that “She (Dunst) doesn’t mind her teeth’s imperfections.” If the allegations are true, it will not be the first time that celebrities have been made perfect due to the magic of digital enhancement.
A few months ago there were similar reports that Beyonce Knowles akin had been digitally lightened for a magazine shoot.
