 Papules
 These are solid, small and generally conical elevations found on the skin. They are different from pastules as they do not contain pus. Papules can be accompanied by a rash and are generally found in clusters.
  
 Parfum
 Parfum or perfume is a mixture of aromatics, alcohol, and water. The chemical formula, however, takes second place to the olfactive families into which fragrances are classified: aldehydic, citrus, chypre, floral, fougère, leather, oriental, or woody.

 Pimple is a kind of skin lesion that is caused due to obstructed or inflamed pores. Acne is the most common cause of pimples. Another cause is smallpox.
  
 PityrIasis Alba
 It is chronic skin disorder which generally affects children aged between six and twelve years. The rashes which are formed are characterized by patches of the lighter skin which can also occur on the face but are normally found on arms, chest and neck.
  
 Pityriasis Lichenoides
 It results in the formation of a rash with red or brown, raised and scaly patches that can form scars. It is considered to be hypersensitivity reaction to a microorganism. Till now no specific virus or bacteria has been found out to be associated with this disease.
  
 Pityriasis Rosea
 It is a skin disease which is marked by patches of pink and oval rash. The exact cause of this disease is not known. It is believed that this condition is set off by a virus.
  
 Pityriasis Rubra Pilaris
 It is not a single condition but a group of unusual eruptions which causes red scaly patches that contain dry plugged pores. It might affect the entire body or just the knees and elbows. The exact cause of this condition is simply not known.
  
 Plantar Warts
 It is a common skin infection which occurs on the bottom side of the foot. These are non cancerous skin growths on the soles of the feet which are caused by the human papilloma virus.
  
 Plastic Surgery
 It is a surgery that is done to restore or repair body parts by transferring tissues. Two areas of plastic surgery are cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery.
  
 Poison Oak Allergy
 The three plants namely poison oak, poison ivy and poison sumac contain an irritating oil sap known as urushiol which leads to an allergic reaction when it gets in touch with the skin and results in the formation of itchy rash that appears in hours of exposure or several days later.
  
 Protein
 These are highly complex organic compounds consisting of amino acids combined by peptide bonds. Proteins are essential for the proper functioning of the cells.
  
 Pruritus Ani
 It is the itching of skin around the anus. The skin gets exposed to irritative digestive products in the stool which leads to itchy rashes. Vigorous use of toilet paper worsens the rash.
  
 Psoriasis
 Psoriasis is a disease that causes red, scaly patches over the skin; it also causes swelling of the joints. Stress, alcohol consumption, depression, and low self-esteem can all aggravate psoriasis.
  
 Pumice Stone
 It is a tool for manicure and pedicure. It is used to make lightweight concrete as an abrasive generally in cosmetics and polishes.
  
 Pustule
 A pustule is a pimple that is filled with pus. The pus may be in the epidermis or the skin beneath the dermis. Pustules often form in hair follicles or sweat glands. The symptoms include redness, pain, swelling and heat.
