In terms of earnings, Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bunchen was the leader among supermodels. The 27-year old earned more than twice the amount earned by her closest rival. Bunchen earned an estimated $35 million dollars compared to the $14 million collected by the second highest paid model, German beauty, Heidi Klum.

Forbes.com list of the 15 top earning models included British model, Kate Moss who copped the number 3 spot with $7.5 million. Another Brazilian beauty made it into the top spot with 26-year old Adriana Lima placing 4^th with $7 million. The number 5 spot was filled by 23-year old Doutzen Kroes of the Netherlands with $6 million.

The models income came not only from their modeling gigs, but also from hosting TV programs such as Heidi Klum’s Project Runway and signature line of products such as Bunchen’s Ipanema by Gisele sandal line.
