Last year it came as no surprise to anyone when Oscar winner Haller Berry was named Sexiest Woman Alive by Esquire magazine. According to the latest reports, she has now had to relinquish that title to UK born actress Kate Beckinsale. For Beckinsale however the new title will catch the attention of some tough critics, her four brothers.

“You can`t have that title with four brothers. I`ll get wedgies. Headlocks. Noogies,” she was quoted as saying in an interview with the magazine. Still, Beckinsale does seem to realize that like a beauty pageant title there is some work involved. She added, “I`m feeling that I must earn this - I need to go out and become much better at pole dancing or something.”

Thirty-six year old Beckinsale will appear on the cover in the November issue of the magazine. She also stripped down for a sexy photo shoot befitting her new title.
