Danny Cahill may have won big on The Biggest Loser, but was offered an even bigger prize recently. Following his remarkable weight loss of 239 pounds, he appeared on the show The Doctors. Cahill, according to reports showed the loose skin he was left with after coming out on top. He was offered free plastic surgery to get rid of it and tighten his stomach.

According to a spokeswoman for the reality show Cahill will not be too quick to take up that offer. He is too busy getting ready to run another marathon. Cahill doesn’t seem too perturbed by the issue. He was quoted online as saying to EW, “I’ve got some skin and you know what? Those issues will be taken care of in time.”
