In an industry where many seem to consider breast enhancement as a career boost, Britney Spears may be thinking just the opposite. According to reports, the singer was celebrating her 27^th birthday at New York night club, Tenjune, wearing a low-cut dress by Roberto Cavalli. Her ample boobs nearly fell out in front of the waiting paparazzi but she reacted in time to spare herself any embarrasment.

Britney was quoted as saying after the incident, “I can`t wear the kind of suits that I used to love, the red PVC one I got to wear for the Oops I Did It Again video.” She went on to say, “I`m tempted to have a breast reduction so I can slink into some amazing stage outfits for my next set of shows. I know they look sexy but sometimes they get in the way.”

Maybe not wanting to show body parts is another indication that the former pop princess is on the mend.
