Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Foundation’s new initiative, Cancer and Careers is working to change the lives of women with cancer. According to CEW, one in four employees will at some stage in their life develop cancer and approximately 80 percent will continue working. Some will be forced to work because they have to while others will continue to work because they want to.

This year, CEW’s Cancer and Career initiative will be teaming up with six beauty products companies to raise funds to help women who have been diagnosed with cancer. CEW is the only organization that focuses on the need of breast cancer survivors to work.
