Under a collaborative deal between Clinique Laboratories LLC and Allergan Inc. consumers in the USA will see a new line of skincare products on the market soon. The new range of products according to a press release will be available only in physicians’ offices.

Clinique, a brand of internationally-known Estee Lauder Company, Inc. will be responsible for the formulation, development and manufacturing of the new products which the company will sell to Allergan. The California-based Allergan will purchase the products from Clinique and sell them to physicians.

Allergan is the manufacturer of Botox and as such already has the experience for selling to physicians’ offices.

The terms of the agreement between the companies were not disclosed.
