The recently concluded Beyond Beauty Paris 2007 trade show showcased a number of cosmetic products that were influenced by cosmetic surgery. For example, M Technique de Soin’s anti-aging range, a collaboration between Laboratoires LCA France and cosmetic surgeons was created especially to help improve the results of cosmetic surgery. Other products from UK-based Rodial and Laboratoire Idenov offered benefits similar to botox without the discomfort of injection needles.
Many of the products made reference to being complementary treatment, some were to be used before and others after cosmetic surgery. Others were marketed as being an alternative to cosmetic surgery.
