Coty’s known for it slate of celebrity scents from A-listers Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Celine Dion and Kylie Minogue has purchased DLI Holding Corporation. The acquisition signals the Company’s entry into the skincare and color cosmetics sector. The deal will see well-known beauty brands, N.Y.C. and Sally Hansen being added to the Coty range. Coty is the world’s leading fragrance company after purchasing Unilever’s fragrance division in 2005. The company has net sales totaling $3.3 billion in 2007. The company plans on moving this to $5 billion by 2010.
