Country music legend, Dolly Parton will be creating a line of cosmetics this year according to the new issue of Billboard Magazine. In discussing this new venture, the bubbly star told Billboard, “I want my own cosmetics line.” The singer, known as much for her great music as for her looks, said she hopes to share some of her beauty and cosmetics tips with fans.

reports that Parton said that “When I first came (to Nashville, Tennessee) I really was the backwoods Barbie - too much makeup, too much hair, the big boobs, country girl straight out of the mountains.” The 62-year old singer said that her looks made it hard for her to be taken seriously at the beginning of her career.
