Sixty-four year old actor, Malcolm McDowell has issued some advice to Hollywood. The veteran actor, best known for playing villains in many of his movies, has told aging actors to embrace the aging process to ensure their ‘longevity in the business’. “The secret to longevity in show business is to embrace the fact that you are getting older and love it.” He should know, his career has spanned five decades.

McDowell further stated according to an interview published on the Internet, “We’re all going to physically decline but as long as your spirit stays pretty much intact, then what you look like has nothing to do with it.”

McDowell has appeared in a number of notable movies such as A Clockwork Orange, Caligula, and the 2007 remake of Halloween.
