Online reports and pictures have revealed a markedly different-looking Laura Flynn Boyle than the one we used to. The actress’s face seems to have become flattened, while still looking puffy and swollen in stark contrast to her ultra-slim frame. Many reasons have been bandied about for the drastic change in the physical appearance of the 38-year old actress.

It is believed that an excessive use of cosmetic surgery procedures, such as Sculptra injections or fat grafting is the most likely cause of the change. However, some have put the change down to steroids which can cause the same effect.

Boyle gained fame in the hit TV series, The Practice.
