It did not take long for Lady Gaga’s fragrance Fame to become a hit. Published reports state that Superdrug.com is inundated with orders for the celebrity scent from fans. Like the singer herself, the fragrance is distinctive in that it is black in color.

Reports state that the scent has surged past other top selling celebrity fragrances. Lady Gaga will make an appearance at London’s’ famed Harrods store in October to meet fans and promote the scent. The scent is now  available in other countries as well.

In commenting on the success of Fame, Superdrug’s Sara Wolverson was quoted in the Daily Mail, “We knew Lady Gaga would be popular but have been astounded by the rush to be the first to buy the fragrance.”
