She should know how to do it – Sophie Dahl who moved from a fourteen to a size six is penning a new cookbook to help other women lose weight - naturally. The former plus-size model said her book is meant to help women understand that they do not have to starve themselves to become thin.
Dahl said that her book, a memoir is meant to be “...an anecdotal book about how to be slim – and still eat.” The online article also credits her with saying this can be achieved with eating “healthy breakfasts, lunches, suppers and some fattening puddings.”
Dahl said she lost all the weight naturally. The book, Voluptuous Delights will hit the market in September.
