Using technology from its core business, film, Fujifilm has created a range of beauty items and nutritional supplements for the Japanese market.
The skin care range will include three products under the
F Square i line. The internal care (nutritional) supplements will be marketed under the F Cube I brand.
There will be nine products in this series. Fuji Photo Film Limited will be marketing their cosmetic and healthcare products under its new division name, Fujifilm Healthcare Laboratory.
The new products will be available as of September 28. The company is expecting the new products to bring in annual sales of US$86 million (¥10 billion) after the first three years.
