Recent photographs of actress Nicole Kidman has revealed that she may have given up using Botox – at least while being pregnant. Long rumored to be an avid Botox user to stop the tell-tale signs of aging, Kidman was seen with a more natural-looking face recently.

Apart from the claims of Botox usage to keep her porcelain-looking skin wrinkle free, it is also believed that the award-winning Australian-American actress have had a nose job and lip augmentation.

Kidman who turns 41 in June is expecting her first child with husband, musician Keith Urban. She also has two adopted children with former husband, actor Tom Cruise.
