Playboy founder Hugh Hefner plans on having a facelift shortly. The 81-year old millionaire is no stranger to the surgeon’s knife. He has had a neck tuck and teeth implants. Hefner was quoted as saying, “There is nothing wrong with plastic surgery.” The world’s oldest womanizer, he has three girlfriends, doesn’t believe there is anything wrong with a man having plastic surgery to stave off the hands of time.
