Simon Cowell is certainly no stranger plastic surgery, having had the occasional Botox shot. When he was spotted recently however, he set the rumor mill into overdrive. Cowell was reportedly sporting a bandage behind his ear.

This has caused some to suggest that Cowell may have had what is known as a neck lift. This involves making a cut, then pulling the skin up to cover it. Generally, the procedure requires only a few weeks of healing time.

An unnamed source however insisted that the former American Idol judge did not have another cosmetic procedure. Instead, the individual stated that Cowell had accidentally cut himself.
