Pop sensation and actress Jennifer Lopez, a.k.a J. Lo, has revealed that sleep is her secret to beautiful skin. The thirty-seven year old J. Lo admits that she tries to get lots of sleep, and tries for at least eight hours each night to keep looking good. In addition to sleep, she noted that water and a good cleanser are the best when it comes to keeping beautiful.

J. Lo is not just into acting and music, but like many celebrities today, she has her own celebrity scents, the Glow line and Live by Jennifer Lopez. She also has a clothing line, JLO.   The popular Ms Lopez is married to fellow Latin star Marc Anthony.
