Forty-four year old actress Juliette Binoche wants her face to be one that ‘depicts her life story’. As such the French star has no plans or desire to go under the knife. In addition, she believes that cosmetic surgery leaves women with a look of fear on their faces. Binoche was quoted in a number of online stories stating that, “When you look at women who have had Botox, you see fear on their faces.”

Binoche is best known for her Best Supporting Actress Academy award-winning role in the English Patient. She was also in the highly acclaimed movie, Chocolat.
