Kris Jenner, the mom of the Kardashian clan is not taking a recent lawsuit without a fight. According to online reports, the reality TV star filed a suit of her own against B&P Company. The cosmetics company had alleged breach of contract when she had a facelift. At the time, she was the spokesperson for their line of anti-aging eye creams.

Jenner states in her lawsuit that she had no work done on her eyes during the procedure. She claims that the company is simply trying to go back on the deal, using her cosmetic surgery as an excuse. In addition to her fee, she is asking for compensation from the judge. She is currently awaiting the judge’s decision in the case.
