British supermodel Kate Moss was dethroned for a split second it would seem. Just as the fact that she was bumped from Glamour Magazine’s ‘Best Dressed Celebrity Dress List’ was settling in she’s back at the top. The popular Brit beat actress Sienna Miller to reach the top spot.  

Kylie Minogue, 2007 list winner, was knocked out of the top ten into 19th position.
