Kimora Lee Simmons is facing a lawsuit from Macy’s over price hiking. According to details of the suit filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court, Simmons hiked the price of her cosmetics she sold to Macy’s and then refused to refund the extra profits earned. Simmons, ex-wife of hip-hop mogul and founder of Def Jam Records, Russell Simmons, signed the deal to supply Macy’s with her line of beauty products in September 2006.

Simmons is yet to make a public statement concerning the issue.

Thirty-two year old Simmons is also the founder of the clothing line, Baby Phat. The mother of two is currently linked to actor Djimon Hounsou.
