A Shareholders class action law suit against Parlux Fragrances has resulted in major trouble for the Company. The company is responsible for the Paris Hilton line
called “Paris Hilton by Parlux Fragrances”.
The line by Parlux Fragrances includes perfumes, body lotions, and gift sets for women.
Parlux Fragrances, because of its poor financial showing and failure to file its 10-K received a delisting notice from NASDAQ. It has begun proceedings to sell its Perry Ellis fragrance brand, but there is no word yet as to the fate of the Paris Hilton line.
