Makeup company Bare Escentuals, Inc. is getting some unwanted press these days. According to reports published online the law firm of Izard Nobel LLP has filed a lawsuit against the company. The suit alleges that some of the officers of the company are guilty of securities fraud. It states that they did not reveal to investors the truth about the fiscal state of Bare Escentuals.

The law firm recently made its intentions clear to seek class action status for the suit. Bare Escentuals was founded in 1976. It produces, markets and sells cosmetics and skin care products around the world. It is known for brands such as RareMinerals and Buxom.
