Superstar Madonna may not like discussing the issue of cosmetic procedures, but that has not stopped one actress from calling her out. According to reports online, Sofia Vergara has hit out at celebs who go under the knife. In fact the Modern Family star has branded such celebrities ‘freaks.’

Vergara was quoted as saying, “That thing with the cheeks. Like Madonna. Who do they think they`re fooling? It doesn`t make them look young.” She was probably referring to suggestions that Madonna has had cheek implants. In the interview the actress also talked about considering breast reduction surgery in the past.

Still Vergara is not above having work done herself. She admitted that one day she might have some work done on her eyes.
