In her role as the spokesperson for Dove’s `Women Who Should Be Famous` campaign, Mandy Moore has probably given a lot of thought to the concept of beauty. Some women might be surprised to learn that the singer and actress has actually struggled with body insecurities of her own. She revealed this during a recent chat with Glamour magazine.
The magazine quotes the starlet as saying, “Growing up, I definitely had insecurities about my height — I`m 5`10. I went through a big growth spurt and for a period of time, was taller than a lot of my friends.” On her role as the Dove spokesperson, Moore said, “I`ve always loved Dove’s focus on real women and really share in their spirit and commitment to inspiring all women and girls to reach their full potential.”
Of course, the actress did share her beauty must-haves which include sunscreen and blush for her cheeks.
