For many women who try to stave off the hands of time with proper diet, exercise and various cosmetic procedures, it can be maddening when certain parts of the body don’t respond as expected. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) has developed a new procedure to deal with one such area.
Known as the "bra-line back lift", the procedure promises to reduce the rolls of fat on the back. Best of all, the surgical scar will be placed below the bra so as not to be readily visible. Dr. Joseph Hunstad, the surgeon who is credited with refining the “bra-line back lift”, was quoted online as saying, "For many patients - even the very fit ones… the upper to mid-line back where the rolls and bulges form was very frustrating." He
further added, “For those who desire to wear form-fitting outfits, this procedure eliminates the problem”.
Twenty patients have had the procedure done by Dr. Hunstad and his surgical team.
