A new eye cream developed by Obagi Medical Products is said to treat periorbital wrinkles. ELASTIderm Eye Cream is said by the manufacturers to be able “to reduce the number of wrinkles around the eyes” as well as “increase elasticity of the skin”. Unlike other anti-aging skin care products, ELASTIderm does not use moisturizer but a ‘bi-mineral complex technique”. The patent for this new treatment is pending, but it was reported that scientific results shows an increase in elasticity around the eye after just two weeks of use.

Currently, the eye cream can only be obtained through medical personnel such as dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons.
