A 19-line SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) range of Nivea hair care products is being introduced into the French market by Beiersdorf. Beiersdorf is hoping to take over a large share of the French hair care market with the line of Nivea shampoos and conditioners. L’Oreal currently controls over 50 percent of France’s hair care market. With its introduction into France, only two European countries will not carry the products, namely, The United Kingdom and Spain.

Beiersdorf, a Germany-based manufacturer of high-end cosmetics and personal care products, is the parent company of such well-known brands as: Nivea, Eucerin, and Curad.
