The idea that the man voted TV’s sexiest man could have peck envy may seem like a contradiction, but that is apparently the case with actor Patrick Dempsey. Forty-two year old Dempsey was quoted online talking about his envy of Grey’s Anatomy co-star, Eric Dane’s body. “McSteamy is in perfect shape. I definitely have pec envy,” Dempsey admitted.

However, Dempsey has no reason to be jealous, as he is the one named in TV Guide as being the sexiest guy on TV. The TV Guide article said of Dempsey, he has “a beautiful head of hair, piercing eyes and dazzling smile.”

Ghost Whisperer, Jennifer Love Hewitt received the Sexiest Woman on TV nod.
