She has never been afraid to admit to her various plastic surgeries. In fact she almost died from liposuction complications in 1999. One of Hollywood’s most popular D List celebrities has however claimed to have given up on seeking perfection via the surgeon’s knife. According to reports, 47-year old comedienne, Kathy Griffin is done having plastic surgery.

Griffin is quoted in an online article talking about coming to terms with her body. Griffin states, “I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m never going to be Jennifer Aniston.” She also likes her body and feels that “…it’s pretty darn good…”
