As can be expected, US presidential hopefuls and their spouses are coming under the microscope in more ways than one. The latest pastime is to scrutinize them for signs of plastic surgery. In the Obama camp there is ongoing debate as to whether the handsome Barack Obama has had a brush with the surgeon’s knife to refine his nose. The verdict is still out on this as some say his nose has changed subtlety from his law school days.  His wife Michele’s line-free face at 44 years old has indicated the use of an anti-wrinkle procedure such as Botox.

In the McCain corner, there is a strong belief that John McCain may sometimes have a little injectable help to erase a few years off his face. Other commentators believe that 77-year old McCain may have had a facelift.  His wife, Cindy McCain is said by onlookers to have had a number of procedures such as eyelift, lower face lift and laser resurfacing.
