Thirty-eight year old American actress, Renee Zellweger, said her new, much photographed hairstyle was necessity rather than style. The actress said her hairdresser advised her that her hair was so damaged she had to lop it off. Online sources quote the Zellweger as stating, “It was just a case of me going to the hair stylist and being told, ’We can’t help you anymore. We are going to have to take it off’.”
Zellweger, star of the Bridget Jones’s Diaries movies, as well as
Cold
Mountain and the recently released Bee Movie, has won a number of awards for her craft including an Oscar and a Golden Globe.
