Sharon Stone embraces being older because it means that she’s alive. The 49-year old actress was speaking at a press conference in Shanghai when she lashed out at persons who were obsessed about getting wrinkles. Stone who is the spokesperson for Dior’s anti-aging serum, Capture Totale was in Shanghai promoting the product at the Shanghai Film Festival.

Stone reportedly asked “How can people be so selfish and obsessed with getting older when so many people and children were dying worldwide? The star of such movies as Total Recall and Basic Instinct said that ‘getting a wrinkle meant that you were lucky because it meant that you were alive ’.
