Shaving Cream Specially Formulated for Ethnic Skin

Updated Oct 15, 2007

Black and Hispanic men who suffer from razor bumps and ingrown hair now have another product made especially for them. Cutting Up, a shaving cream from Barc was made without alcohol to minimize skin irritation. The addition of glycolic acid aids in exfoliation. A few months ago, Barc also released Bump Up to aid in controlling razor bumps.

Christopher Hayes, CEO of Barc, was quoted on CosmeticDesign.com as stating that “…we conducted extensive research and held numerous focus groups where we learned that African-American and Hispanic men are seeking a new shaving cream that is better suited for their particular skin type.”

Cutting Up is available in the USA.
